WEEK OF May 13th, 2013
 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Choices

BLACKENED TILAPIA – ADD $3.00 – PALEO FRIENDLY
A fresh sashimi grade tilapia filet (1 ½ filets) seasoned with blackening spice, fresh lemon, and olive oil. Served over herbed quinoa and a larger side of a local seasonal vegetable. PALEO – no quinoa.
SOUTH AFRICAN MILLET SALAD – VEGETARIAN
A larger portion of our salad. Organic millet combined with African spices, local seasonal vegetables, peanuts, and our house made brown sugar/lemon dressing.
GUIDO’S MEATBALLS – PALEO FRIENDLY
Local grass fed ground beef mini meatballs (6 ounces) simmered in our house made marinara sauce. Served with a local, seasonal vegetable.
WEEKLY ADVENTURE – PALEO FRIENDLY
Chef’s choice! We pick from the freshest, most interesting ingredients we find this week! How adventurous are you?
BANANA NUT PANCAKE
Organic, multigrain batter infused with organic bananas and walnuts (1 pancake). Served with 1 scrambled free range egg, lean sausage patty, and real maple syrup.
ROASTED RED PEPPER AND MOZZERELLA SCRAMBLE – PALEO FRIENDLY
Local free range eggs (3) infused with roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese. Served with roasted local sweet potatoes.
CHICKEN CREOLE – PALEO FRIENDLY
Hormone/antibiotic free chicken breast and local seasonal vegetables simmered in a spicy creole sauce.
STICK BOY BREAD CO. FRENCH TOAST
Weekly bread of our choice dredged in our local free range custard (1 slice). Served with 1 scrambled free range egg, lean local sausage patty, and real maple syrup.

Thursday and Friday Choices

SALSA SCRAMBLE – PALEO FRIENDLY
Local free range eggs (3) scrambled with peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Served with chili roasted sweet potatoes.
I’VE GOT THE BLUES CHICKEN SALAD
Antibiotic/hormone free chicken breast, blueberries, walnuts, and blue cheese crumbles tossed with our ginger mayo. Served on a bed of baby spinach.
MUSHROOM AND CHEESE SCRAMBLE – PALEO FRIENDLY
Local free range eggs (3) scrambled with mushrooms, and 5 cheeses blend. Served with herb roasted sweet potatoes.
VOODOO PULLED PORK – PALEO FRIENDLY
Hormone/antibiotic free pork loin seasoned with our dry rub and slow roasted for 10 hours. Topped with our sweet and spicy Voodoo Glaze. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and local, seasonal vegetable.
CHICKEN AND CHICKPEA CURRY – PALEO FRIENDLY
Hormone/antibiotic free chicken breast (6 OUNCES), sweet onion, and chickpeas simmered in our house made curry sauce. Served over organic Sona Masoori rice. PALEO – no rice.

Please note, while we try to stick to the menu, we are also taking into account Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate! We will make ingredient substitutions, if necessary, to give you the best!
